Cancellation Policy

🔹 Flexible Rates

Guests can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours (2 days) prior to arrival.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in, or in case of no-show, will be subject to a charge of 100% of the first night.

No prepayment is required. Payment will be made directly upon check-in.

🔹 Non-Refundable Rates

In case of cancellation or modification, 100% of the total reservation cost will be charged, with no refund.

Prepayment of the full amount is required upon confirmation of the reservation.

Terms & Conditions

Prices and Taxes

All rates are expressed in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include the following applicable charges and taxes:

VAT: 16%

Lodging Tax (ISH): 5%

Environmental Sanitation Fee: MXN $50 per night, per room

Prices may vary depending on the season, occupancy, and availability at the time of booking.

Payments and Terms

Full payment for your stay is due upon check-in.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 12:00 PM.

Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur an additional charge.

Accommodation with Minors

Due to the tranquility and design of the resort, ZELUNE is an adults-only space.

Children are not permitted.

Parking

The resort offers complimentary parking exclusively for guests, subject to availability. 💍 Events at the Hotel
